Dr. Carolynn Maselli graduated with honors from New York Chiropractic College in 2016. Dr. Maselli earned a Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree as well as a Master of Science in Human Anatomy and Physiology. Prior to attending New York Chiropractic College Dr. Maselli attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts where she graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor's degree in biology and a concentration in pre-physical therapy. She has had the pleasure of working with patients of all ages and physical abilities and is delighted to continue treating in the Troy/Brunswick area.
Dr. Roney graduated from New York Chiropractic College in April 2017. During his training, he provided chiropractic care at the Canandaigua and Rochester VA Medical Centers. At these locations, he provided pain relief and management in the form of chiropractic adjustments and physical rehabilitation for veterans of all ages. Dr. Roney also spent time working with patients at Monroe Community Hospital in Rochester, as well as the Seneca Falls Outpatient and Campus Health Center of New York Chiropractic College. In addition, he was able to provide sports injury prevention and rehabilitation treatment at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Recent literary evidence reveals that there's actually a spinal cord connection in those with chronic headaches. In an article that reviewed numerous, recent, research articles, it was revealed that dysfunction in the upper cervical spine (neck) was attributable to cranial pain, i.e. headaches. The 2014 report in the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics (JMPT) discovered that interventions routinely used in chiropractic treatment improved outcomes for the treatment of acute and chronic neck pain, while increased benefits were proven in several instances where a multimodal approach to neck pain had been used. Dating further back, a 2011 JMPT study discovered that chiropractic adjustments improved migraine and cervicogenic (originating in the neck) headaches.
